Inside Sales Representative
Bedford, PA
Kennametal in Bedford, PA has a new opening for an experienced Inside Sales Representative. This position will provide front-line support to fulfil customer BID specifications, customer order entry, quoting and price/availability.
Compile data and prepare customer DOT BID specifications in an accurate, timely manner
Review BID information & Enter Quotes
Serve as customer liaison/key contact point for customers that supply custom bodies to be finished, including tracking of incoming and outgoing orders. Managing customer portals, EDI orders and scheduling agreements.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints by ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Perform SAP data mining to producing clear concise reports to team and customers
Administrative support to Sales & MPM team
High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher preferred
SAP quote and order experience is a plus
High attention to detail must be very detailed oriented
Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and provide administrative assistance to sales, management and executive team while handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Must be adept in building working relationships to facilitate duties
Ability to identify problems and evaluate resolutions for a positive outcome

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
