We're looking for a new HR team member to expand our ability to produce the best all American attachments money can buy, right here in Bedford! What Would You Be Doing? This position will be responsible for the daily functions of the HR department, primarily focused on recruiting, secondarily providing support for compensation and benefits, performance management and administration of other company policies/practices.
Essential Functions:
Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment and interview process, to include collaborating with department managers to identify current and future talent needs Assists with job posting/advertising/employer branding initiatives Administers/executes tasks related to human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management What will you need? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent work experience required Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/ability to quickly learn organizational HRIS Thorough knowledge of employment related laws/regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality is required What's in it for you?
